The Board of Directors of AEI Corporation Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that its 95% owned subsidiary, AEI Engineering Pte. Ltd. ("AEIE") had successfully bidded and bought back 45,000 of its shares that it did not own when the shares were auctioned by the Court bailiff. The 45,000 shares were cancelled in accordance with the constitution of AEIE. This results in AEIE becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
