Zurina binti Ismail

Ms. Zurina binti Ismail is Head-Finance & Administration at Affin Fund Management Bhd.
She had a brief working stint as an Assistant Accountant with Berjaya Group, IBM and Majlis Amanah Rakyat.
She was attached with AFFIN Bank Berhad for 3 years (1991-1993) in the Finance Department, in charge of recommending, coordinating, implementing the General Ledger computerisation project for its Head Office and branches.
Prior to joining Affin Fund Management in 2003 she worked with Affin Trust Management Berhad (ATMB), then a subsidiary of AFMB from from 1994 to 1995 as Accounts Executive.
Subsequently in 1996, she was promoted to the Head of Operations.
She has vast experience in unit trust industry and was exposed to preparation of the financial statements, supervision and coordination of the overall operations unit.
She was also the project coordinator for the Y2K in implementing the upgraded system.
Following the business rationalisation of Affin Fund Management and Affin Trust Management in 2007, she was promoted to the Head of Finance & Operations.
She holds a diploma in Business Studies from UiTM and a degree in Business Studies majoring in Financial Management from Eastern Michigan University, USA.
