Mr. Bowser has 16 years of progressive experience in all aspects of accounting and finance.
His experience spans the corporate lifecycle from establishing financial management and control processes in start-up and spin-off situations to mature companies facing reorganization decisions.
Mr. Bowser was a consultant with Glass & Associates in Dallas, Texas working with companies in crisis situations prior to joining the Stony Point Group.
He also spent 13 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in various roles, the more recent as controller for worldwide IT spending in PwC Consulting.
Mr. Bowser has a BA in economics from the University of Southern California and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
