Mr. Nuber has investment banking experience, predominantly in mergers and acquisitions and private capital raises.
Prior to joining Headwaters, Mr. Nuber worked in the investment banking groups of Montgomery & Co., and UBS Warburg.
He also lead buy-side acquisition execution for Essilor of America, a $1 billion subsidiary of Essilor International.
Toby has completed more than 30 transactions for more than $2.5 billion in aggregate value.
Mr. Nuber graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he received a B.S.
in Business Administration.
