Mr. Castro joined the PAGF team in 2008 and is Director of Operations for Progreso, LLC.
During his thirty year career in grocery retail and distribution prior to the PAGF team, he held senior operations, merchandizing and management positions with Kmart (Nasdaq: SHLD), Wal-Mart de Mexico (BMV: WALMEX V) and HEB Grocery in the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean.
Mr. Castro holds a BA from Southwest Texas State University.
He is a native of Austin, Texas.
