Timothy Koltermann

Mr. Koltermann joined Longacre in September 2008.
From 2007-2008, he with Institutional Credit Partners in the Commercial Real Estate Group; responsible for creating the firm's commercial real estate business including a closed-end CRE opportunity fund and responsible for all commercial real estate principal investment decisions and hedging strategies.
He joined Bear Stearns & Co. in 2001 as Managing Director/Principal.
He joined JPMorgan Chase Mortgage Capital in 1998.
Prior to this, in 1996 he was with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. He was an Associate from 1995-1996 with Lehman Brothers.
He joined JMB Institutional Realty/Cadillac Fairview Inc. in 1989 & was with Arthur Anderson & Co./Anderson Consulting from 1987-1989 he was a Management Information Consultant.
Mr. Koltermannreceived his M.B.A.
in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1995 & his B.B.A.
in Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Wisconsin in 1987.
