Tim C. Minneci

Mr. Minneci joined Paramax CFG in 2004.
His M & A experience goes back to operating his family's fire and safety equipment distributor.
While he had grown that company organically, he also made four key acquisitions of privately held companies.
He successfully sold the entire entity to Kidde PLC, where he was hired as that company's President of their North American subsidiary.
While with Kidde, he oversaw the acquisition of four operating companies concentrating on fire protection.
He spent much of the prior 10 years with Figge International where he oversaw 11 acquisitions and divestitures including companies involved with world class manufacturing of specialty fire protection systems, distribution, sporting goods, and ergonomic products.
In all, he has completed more than 20 M & A closings prior to coming to Paramax.
Mr. Minneci received a BS in Engineering from the University of Buffalo and an MBA in Finance from Canisius College.
