Thomas Gurney

Mr. Gurney brings extensive experience to Windmill Management.
A veteran of mortgage banking and the real estate industry, he has been actively involved in the acquisition, syndication, rehabilitation and financing of multi-family and commercial real estate.
In addition, he has formal credit training and extensive expertise in real estate appraisal and valuation, structured finance and fund management.
He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Structured Finance and Mezzanine Investments at Stonehenge Partners, and is a co-founder of Stonehenge Capital, where he established a mezzanine debt fund.
He previously served as Partner and Senior Vice President at Arbor National Mortgage, where he was responsible for more than $1.8 billion in structured transactions.
