Tess Lee

Mr. Tess Lee is a Managing Director at Eastbridge Partners.
Prior to joining EastBridge Tess served as a Director and Head of the Busan Office at STIC Investments.
Tess played a vital role in seeking valuable companies for investment in Busan and its surrounding regions.
He sourced and co-led several deals in the Busan area, most notably Hy-Lok Korea and Jeil Hydraulics.
Prior to joining STIC, Tess accumulated over 18 years of industry experience in various sectors such as manufacturing and energy.
As the business group leader at Orion Corporation in Russia he managed the investment of a confectionery factory located near Moscow.
He was also responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies for the company.
As the Export Team Leader he developed and implemented main export strategies for China, Russia, and Vietnam with this experience he has obtained vast industry insights in those countries.
He was responsible for the examination of investments and financial flows of RUSIA Petroleum Company as a representative of Hanbo Energy.
Tess also participated in the development of ANGARSK Gas Field on behalf of Hanbo Energy with British Petroleum and Gasprom in Irkutsk, Russia.
He began his career at Doosan Corporation in the general consumer goods department where he specialized in exporting, importing, and trading of consumer goods, natural resources, and heavy equipment between Russia and Korea.
Tess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Russian language and literature from Seoul National University.
He also completed Masters Coursework at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in the Russian department.
