O'Charley's LLC operates and franchises restaurants. It operates under three restaurant concepts: O'Charley's, Ninety Nine Restaurant, and Stoney River Legendary Steaks. The O'Charley's menu features, including hand-cut and aged steaks, baby-back ribs basted with a sweet, yet smoky BBQ sauce, fresh salmon, a variety of seafood and salads. The Ninety Nine Restaurant menu features a wide selection of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, beef, chicken, and seafood entr?es and desserts. The Stoney River menu features several offerings of premium Midwestern beef, fresh seafood, and a variety of other gourmet entrees. The company was founded by Charley Watkins in 1971 and is headquartered in Nashville, TN.
