(45 percent) and China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (55 percent). UBS SDIC provides financial advisory and wealth management services, managing discretionary portfolios and mutual funds primarily for Chinese clients. The firm's culture combines local expertise with the global asset management capabilities of UBS.
