Sergey Malaev

Eagle Capital Partners (ECP) is a private equity investment firm headquartered in Moscow with offices in Ekaterinburg, and incorporated on the Island of Guernsey. The firm manages private equity funds primarily for mid-sized Russian firms. Formerly known as Eagle Venture Partners, set up in 2008 by Belgian-based private equity firms GIMV (XB: GIMB) and KBC Private Equity. For GIMV this partnership is a follow-up to the Eagle Russia Fund they launched in 2006. ECP can trace their initial history to 2000 when they took over the management of a number of established funds in Russia and Kazakhstan. At the time, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development was the main sponsor of the funds.
