Sebastian Gieger

Mr. Sebastian Gieger is Investment Manager at AUCTUS Management GmbH.
He studied Mathematics and Business Studies at Ulm University, Germany with a focus on the evaluation of companies, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking and Asset Management.
In his diploma thesis he analysed the financing of acquisitions of German medium-sized businesses.
During his studies Mr. Gieger gained first industrial experience at German pharma-company Bayer AG in Leverkusen where he worked on the optimisation of production processes via Supply Chain Management.
Afterwards he worked in the Asset-Management division of Westdeutsche Landesbank in Düsseldorf.
During a stay at the London office of the bank he gained practical experience in corporate finance.
Later on Mr. Gieger worked on the financing of strategic acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs of German medium-sized businesses until he joined the AUCTUS team.
