Prior to joining Lilly Ventures, Ms. Brown spent four years at Credit Suisse First Boston in their Alternative Capital and Investment Banking Divisions.
During her tenure, she helped raise over $4 billion of capital for private equity firms and performed due diligence, financial and strategic analysis on merger & acquisition, restructuring and financing opportunities.
Ms. Brown also worked at Bridges Community Ventures Ltd, a community-development venture capital firm in London, where she evaluated business plans and conducted due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
Ms. Brown received her bachelor of science degree in business administration from Georgetown University and her master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School, where she was a Toigo Fellow.
