Mr. Rogers has been the general partner of two venture capital limited partnerships, R&W Ventures I (from 1986 to 1993) and II (from 1989 to 1998).
Prior to this, Mr. Rogers spent 15 years at Hambrecht & Quist with a broad range of responsibilities that included venture capital and corporate finance, as well as serving as the Director of Institutional Services and the Director of Research.
Mr. Rogers received a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Additionally, Mr. Rogers is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR).
