Ron L. Callentine

Mr. Callentine is the Chairman of RockBridge.
He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to RockBridge’s formation, he was the co-founder and Managing Director of the firm’s predecessor, the Real Estate Investment Group of Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. During that period, the Real Estate Investment Group formed and managed four closed-end, hospitality-focused real estate funds.
Prior thereto, Mr. Callentine served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Guest Quarters Limited Partnership (now Hilton’s Doubletree brand), a role that he assumed upon the sale of the hotel portfolio and management company in which he was a partner.
Before joining Guest Quarters, he was President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for a fully-integrated hotel development and management company.
During this time, he and his partners created a new hotel brand and built out the brand in 14 hotels throughout several Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic states (subsequently sold to Guest Quarters).
Early in his career, he served in various accounting and financial capacities in the hospitality industry and for Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. Mr. Callentine graduated magna cum laude from Widener College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
