Prince Street Capital Management LLC (PSCM) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded by David Halpert in July 2007 as the successor to Prince Street Capital Management, Inc. PSCM provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to clients, which are primarily commingled private investment funds intended for institutional investors and other sophisticated investors and which are offered to investors on a private placement basis. Investors in the funds may include financial institutions, corporations, partnerships, endowments, foundations, individuals, trusts, estates, pension or profit sharing plans and funds whose securities are not publicly offered.
