Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland) Ltd. (FAMI) is a fund management firm headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. The firm was founded in 2001 and is a subsidiary of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking SpA, ultimately held by Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (BIT: ISP) in Italy. FAMI manages a range of mutual funds and provides highly personalized solutions, individual management and other investment instruments for private and institutional clients.

PRIMA Asset Management Ireland Ltd. (PRIMA AM) is Prima Sgr's investment company devoted to portfolio management by risk-controlled quantitative methods, and is based in Dublin. Originally established in 1999 under the name of Mantovana Management Ltd., the firm was known as MPS Asset Management Ireland Ltd. from 2003 until 2009. The parent firm Prima is an asset management firm based in Milan, Italy. They can trace their origins to the 2002 integration of Ducato Gestioni, Spazio Finanza and GI Gest. Formerly known as Monte Paschi Asset Management SGR, Prima was reorganized in 2009 as a partnership between the private equity firm Clessidra SGR and Banca Monte dei Paschi Siena (MI: BMPS). Clessidra SGR SpA holds the majority interest. PRIMA AM leverages the capabilities and networks of both groups.
