Todos Technologies Ltd. develops special infra-red sensors for gas and thermal sensing. The company is based in Lod airport, Israel. The Israeli company has developed a unique sensing system called GMOs that selectively detects parts-per-billion concentration of gases such as ethylene and continuously measures it around the fruit to monitor the freshness level of fruits and vegetables and reduce food waste throughout the supply chain. Todos Technologies has signed an LOI with Silal to start a pilot to prove that with the GMOs system, Silal can determine from which farm to supply the tomatoes first, replacing the old FIFO with the innovative FRFO. The company was founded by Shmuel Melman. Yossef Levi has been the CEO of the company since 2018.
