The firm was founded 1984 and previously known as Ostrum Asset Management. Headquartered in Paris, NIM International provides investment management and collective portfolio management services for institutional, retail and corporate clients.

AXA Investment Managers (Paris) SA (AXA-IM Paris) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of AXA Investment Managers SA, itself a subsidiary of AXA SA (XP: CS, ADR: AXAHY) in France.
