Radka Blažková

Born and raised in Karlovy Vary, she graduated from the Economic Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Cheb and then from the Faculty of Business at the University of Economics in Prague.
After her studies, she joined the multinational company Deloitte, where she worked as an auditor.
In the following twelve years, her professional career was connected with TV NOVA, at that time the most successful commercial television channel in Central Europe.
She led the finance and accounting department of this television during its heyday, as well as the human resources department for a short period.
Between 2010 and 2012, she served as CFO of the production company TV NOVA - Media Pro Pictures.
She also led the human resources department there.
In EMMA Group, she has been working as CFO and a member of the statutory bodies since the very first day.
She is responsible for all financial and accounting transactions of the company and the whole group.
