These engagements span a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, tax planning and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, strategic planning, and restructuring.
Her client basis ranges from small closely held businesses to multi-billion dollar multinational public companies, in industries as diverse as manufacturing to technology.
Before joining Andersen Tax, Ms. Loer was a member of the Valuation Services practices at Huron Consulting Group and Arthur Andersen.
She received her BS degree from the University of California.
She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Accredited Senior Appraiser designations.
