Peter Cline

Mr. Cline is the Portfolio Manager of MerchantBanc Venture Partners, Limited Partnership, a Small Business Investment Company capitalized with $20 million.
As Portfolio Manager, he identifies and evaluates investment opportunities in the Information Technology, Manufacturing, Semiconductor and Telecommunication sectors.
Additionally, Mr. Cline provides strategic and financial planning to the partnerships’ portfolio companies.
Mr. Cline is currently a director of Solidscape, Inc., a leading provider of precision Rapid Pattern Making Systems.
Prior to joining MerchantBanc, Mr. Cline was an attorney in the private sector and worked with clients to achieve their business objectives.
Previously he was a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Mr. Cline received a Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center, where he concentrated on Intellectual Property and Business Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire.
