Paul F. Pautler

Mr. Pautler is the director of the Capital Markets Division, an executive vice president of A.G.
Edwards & Sons, Inc., and a member of the firm's Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
Mr. Pautler also serves as the chairman of the A.G.
Edwards Capital Markets Committee; the chairman, president and chief executive officer of A.G.
Edwards Capital, Inc.; a registered investment advisor; and the general partner of A.G.
Edwards Private Equity Partners I, L.P.
and A.G.
Edwards Private Equity Partners II, L.P.
When Mr. Pautler joined A.G.
Edwards in 1997, he headed the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in the Corporate Finance Department for two years.
Before joining A.G.
Edwards, he was a partner for 16 years at Thompson Coburn LLP, a 270-attorney law firm with offices in St. Louis and Washington, D.C.
There he led its corporate finance and securities law practice group and served as the firm's managing partner from 1990 to 1995.
Mr. Pautler also served as an attorney on the executive staff and in the division of corporation finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Pautler is a member of the Illinois Bar and Missouri Bar.
