Pramerica SGR SpA is an asset management firm headquartered in Milan, Italy. It was founded in 2001 as a joint venture between Gruppo UBI Banca (65%) and Pramerica Financial (35%). In 2021, the firm became a subsidiary of Eurizon Capital SGR SpA, which is ultimately owned by Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (BIT: ISP). Pramerica provides investment solutions, including asset management in securities and funds, mutual funds, and SICAV sectors.

Fideuram Asset Management SGR SpA (Fideuram AM) is the wholly owned asset management subsidiary of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking SpA, itself a subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (BIT: ISP, ADR: ISNPY) in Italy. Founded in 1968 as Fideuram Gestioni SpA, the firm became Fideuram Investimenti SGR SpA in 2003 when Fideuram Gestioni Patrimoniali Sim, Fideuram Fondi SpA and Fideuram Capital Sim merged. They changed their name to Fideuram Asset Management SGR SpA in 2023. Headquartered in Milan, Fideuram AM manages Italian mutual funds and provides highly personalized solutions, individual management and other investment instruments for private and institutional clients.
