He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Waseda University as well as a Master’s degree in professional education from The Graduate School of Social Design.
He is a Certified International Investment Analyst and a Certified International Technical Analyst.
Osamu was a member of the Foreign Exchange Committee sponsored by Ministry of Finance (Japan) from 2005 to 2006.
