Prior to joining Relativity, Mr. Bahadur was a senior analyst in Merrill Lynch & Co.’s global technology investment banking group.
Mr. Bahadur was also an analyst in Wachovia’s consumer/retail investment banking group.
He has mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyout and equity/debt financing experience across a variety of industries including the business services, electronics, food retail and food service industries.
Mr. Bahadur earned a B.A.
in economics and political science from Northwestern University and MBA from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Bahadur is a Principal at Augment Ventures.
He has over 15 years’ experience in starting, advising, and financing businesses.
Nikhil has invested in companies across multiple industries including mobility, SaaS, manufacturing, banking and consumer products.
