Michele Ann Mele

Prior to joining Zero Stage Capital, Ms. Mele worked as a scheduling coordinator for an inbound call center.
In this position she scheduled 85+ employees and analyzed call volume, effectiveness of staffing levels, and employee productivity.
Prior, she worked as a therapist for Volunteers of America.
In this role, Ms. Mele provided and documented individual therapy to geriatric residents of a nursing home, including performing diagnostic assessments and developing short-term, issue-focused courses of treatment with specific goals and interventions.
Ms. Mele holds a B.A.
degree in psychology from Wheaton College and an M.S.
in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College.
While pursuing her master’s degree, Ms. Mele was inducted as a lifetime member to Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology.
