Michael Song

Prior to joining Vistria, Mr. Song was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he focused on growth strategy and M&A for the private equity and healthcare sectors.
Previously, Mr. Song worked on the corporate strategy team at DaVita, a leading provider of renal care.
Mr. Song received a B.A.
in Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
