Michael Rumak

Michael Rumak is the Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer of Enesco Group, Inc., a leader in the gift, collectibles and home décor industries.
Before joining Enesco in March 2005, Rumak was the Vice President of International Information Systems at Revlon Consumer Products, where he managed all global systems departments within the organization.
With more than 20 years in the information technology field, Rumak has planned, designed and managed the development of new software introductions; implemented a POS Data Warehouse to track and analyze product turns at retail; re-engineered order processing systems to decrease order-to-ship times; and implemented strategic changes to a multinational supply chain.
In addition to Rumak’s information technology expertise, he has led finance, sales, marketing, customer service and operations functions during his career.
Rumak holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Edinburgh Business School in Edinburgh, Scotland, and is a Certified Computer Professional (CCP).
