HUDSON is the Executive Vice President of the Company and Chief Operating Officer of the Company's principal operating subsidiary.
He has been the Director of the Company since February 2001.
Prior to joining the Company in September 1993, he held various positions with the Southland Corporation and its affiliates for more than 18 years, concluding as President and Chief Executive Officer of MoneyQuick, a large non-bank ATM network.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association and the International Board of Directors and National Advisory Board of the Automated Teller Machine Industry Association.
He is a recognized authority in the ATM industry.
