Matuniak is an Associate at Advantage Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Advantage Capital, he worked as a financial consultant serving clients in the St. Louis and Chicago areas through long term engagements covering internal auditing, financial controls and strategic operations.
His previous experience also includes work in the private equity sector, where he provided strategic, valuation, and merger and acquisition integration services in the creation of a multi-national marketing firm.
He serves as a mentor with the Innovate Venture Mentor Service in St. Louis, which promotes entrepreneurship education and leadership, and as a board member for Knit Around the World, a non-profit organization formed to provide support and economic opportunities to HIV/AIDS communities.
Mr. Matuniak received his M.B.A.
in finance from Washington University in St. Louis and his bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
