Martin Viliš

Martin has been working with Genesis Capital since 2018, where he joined after almost 20 years of career in banking.
Before joining Genesis Capital, he worked for many years at Ceská sporitelna, where he headed the Acquisition & Leveraged Finance department.
Before joining Ceská sporitelna, he worked in professional and managerial positions within banking and financial services at HVB Bank, Živnostenská banka or Commerzbank.
During his career, he participated in arranging and structuring many important acquisition and other structured transactions on the Czech market, including transactions from the Genesis Capital portfolio, such as Sanborn, HP Tronic, EQOS Energie/Stangl Technik, GTH Catering or KS Klima.
Martin graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.
As part of his further education, he also studied leadership at the London Business School in London.
He speaks Czech, English and German.
