They became Kutxabank Gestión SGIIC SA in 2012 when BBK Gestion absorbed Kutxagest SA and Vitalgestion SA. Kutxabank Gestión manages a range of fixed income, target return, guaranteed, international equity and global funds. Their open-end collective investment schemes are marketed by Kutxabank and CajaSur Bank.

Vitalgestión SGIIC SA (Vitalgestión) is the asset management subsidiary of Kutxbank Gestion SGIIC SA, itself a subsidiary of Kutxabank SA in Spain. Established in 1967, the firm is located in Vitoria-Gasteiz and offers mutual funds and funds of funds to private and institutional clients.
