Mark Wren

Mr. Mark Wren is a Managing Director at Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc. Prior to that, he was with Nollenberger Capital Partners, which is acquiried by Stern Agee & Leach.
Mr. Wren has wealth of fixed income trading, underwriting and sales experience.
During his career, he has underwritten over 750 tax-exempt issues in California.
He has extensive experience in land based financings, unified school districts, community facilities district and tax allocation bonds.
He has retail experience with a wide array of large issuers, including the State of California.
Mr. Wren joined us from Piper Jaffray, where he was instrumental in building Piper Jaffray’s west coast municipal department operating out of San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Prior to Piper Jaffray, from 1987 to 1993, he managed all taxable and tax-exempt trading and underwriting at Bank of California, leading a team of 20 bond trading professionals.
Mr. Wren holds a BS in Finance from the University of Southern California.
He is a member of the Los Angeles Bond Club and San Francisco Bond Club.
Mark holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 9 and Series 10 securities licenses.
