Mark B. Martinelli

Mr. Martinelli joined Milestone in 2004 having spent his entire private company career in the private equity and investment consulting field.
He was previously at Berwind Capital Partners LLC as Vice President of Finance and Administration, responsible for management company accounting, fund accounting, and fund administration.
Before joining Berwind Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Martinelli functioned as CFO for Brinker Capital Holdings, Inc. responsible for accounting, tax, insurance, cash management, banking, financial reporting, and human resources.
Prior to entering the private company arena Mr. Martinelli dedicated 8 years to Public Accounting with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.
Mr. Martinelli is a non-active CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
