Boone is Operations Supervisor at Investor Solutions, Inc. She joined the firm in 2006.
She is the firm’s jack of all trades.
In her capacity as the Operations Supervisor she is responsible for coordinating work flow, training of operations personnel, and maintaining the currency of the Operations and Procedures Manual among many other duties.
Her oversight into all client account actions ensures smooth and error free customer service.
Ms. Boone has a degree in Business Administration from Miami-Dade College.
She serves as the in-house IT expert and manages all aspects of the Investor Solutions technology integration projects including website and intranet, she creates and publishes the various newsletters, ensures timely communication with clients and vendors and maintains the office equipment.
