Santander Private Banking Gestion SA SGIIC (Santander PB) is the private banking subsidiary of Santander AM Holding SL, ultimately owned by Banco Santander SA (BME: SAN) in Spain. The firm was founded in 1986 as Gesmoney and became Santander Private Banking Gestion SA SGIIC in 2013 when Banco Santander absorbed Banesto and Banif. Headquartered in Madrid, Santander PB provides a range of private banking services including financial advisory, wealth management, retirement planning, funding advice, estate planning and consulting services for institutional clients including banks, financial institutions, corporations and pooled investment vehicles.

BBVA Asset Management SA SGIIC (BBVA-AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BME: BBVA, ADR: BBVA) in Spain. Founded in 1979 as BBV Gestinova, the firm became BBVA Gestión in 2000 when BBV Gestinova and Argentaria Gestión merged and was rebranded as BBVA-AM in 2008. They are headquartered in Madrid and manage pension plans and participate in the Latin American markets of Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. BBVA-AM also manages a range of investment mandates for insurance companies, employment plans and corporate clients through their platform in Luxembourg.

Banif Gestión SGIIC SA (BG) is the Madrid-based subsidiary of Santander Private Banking Gestion SA SGIIC, itself a subsidiary of Banco Santander SA (NYSE: STD) in Spain. The firm was created in 1962 as Banif de Inversiones y Finanzas, an investment consultants office. In 1989 Banif became Banco Banif de Gestión Privada and assumed the legal structure of a bank. In 1999, after the Santander-Central Hispano merger, the group joined the private banking units, BSN and Banco Banif, creating Banco BSN BANIF. BG is Grupo Santander's private banking unit specializing in wealth management for high-net worth individuals. In addition to the Madrid headquarters, the bank has a network of offices throughout Spain.
