Linda G. Roach

Ms. Roach joined the Firm in 1996 to augment the Firm's buyout practice.
Prior to joining the Firm, she was in the Corporate Finance division of Bank of America from 1990 to 1996.
Ms. Roach held various positions in the bank's general and specialized lending groups, providing working capital and project financing for Fortune 500 companies.
At the time of her departure, Ms. Roach was a Vice President in the bank's Technology Lending Group.
She also spent three years as an Instructor in the School of Architecture at Florida A&M University.
Ms. Roach is involved in the Dallas Chapter of the Women's Finance Exchange and is a former director of the National Black MBA Association and the NAIC.
Ms. Roach currently serves on the Board of Directors of Rainbow Radio.
Ms. Roach received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and holds an M.B.A.
from The University of Texas at Austin.
