He brings extensive hotel operations experience, with a proven track-record as a change-agent, turnaround specialist, and facilitator of national programs and initiatives.
He developed expedient "In Field" transitions programs with the original Interstate Hotels Corporation.
He is a Charter member of Starwood Lodging Trust the progenitor
organization that evolved into Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
He championed and implemented a diverse array of programs and
procedural enhancements that have enabled cross-functional teams
to reach their full potential while Regional Vice President of
Operations at Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Throughout his career, he has thrived as a key contributor to the merger and acquisition process, molding and shaping branding strategies and operational plans for the newly acquired hotels.
Mr. Trainor holds a BS from California State College and is a member of the Massachusetts Lodging Association.
