Mr.Palmer is a founder of Chatham.
In 2004, after 45 years in the investment management business, Mr.Palmer officially retired; however, he continues as a consultant to Chatham with emphasis on research and portfolio strategy.
Prior to founding Chatham, Mr.Palmer was a director of Atlanta Capital Management Company and the original founder and president of Davis, Palmer & Biggs, a private investment counsel firm in New York.
More recently, he was the director of Internal Asset Management for the General Motors Pension Fund.
Mr.Palmer holds a B.A.
degree from Yale University.
He consults for a number of corporate and charitable organization and serves as a director of the Charles A.
Dana Foundation.
