Kevin Conniff

Mr. Conniff joined Midsummer Capital in 2005 and spearheaded the process where Midsummer became a registered investment advisor.
Mr. Conniff also served as the firm's Chief Compliance Officer until March 2008.
Prior to joining Midsummer Capital, Mr. Conniff spent seven years at Lehman Brothers.
His experience at Lehman grew from the analyst training program to roles in both the Fixed Income and Equity divisions, where he was promoted to Vice President in Lehman's Capital Markets Equity Finance Division.
His daily functions included hedge fund sales and trading, synthetic product execution and securities lending.
While at Lehman, Mr. Conniff held both the series 7 and 63 certifications.
Mr. Conniff holds a Bachelors of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Scranton.
