He founded Midwest Leasing & Finance in 1989 to help rural business people obtain equipment & real estate.
In 2001, he began to explore financing wind projects for some of his customers, and over the next three years, developed expertise and connections in wind energy.
Mr. Valley incorporated Midwest Wind Finance in 2004, and has built the company to be a nationally recognized leader in the community of wind finance.
