Prior to joining Vespa Capital, Katya spent seven years at Grant Thornton within their corporate finance team, specialising in providing transaction advisory services in respect of SMEs on both the buy and sell side predominantly for private equity houses.
Katya is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) by background and holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Manchester.
