Profile

Prior to joining KLD, Ms. Chapdelaine worked for a management consulting firm specializing in environmental health and safety.
In this role, she implemented and audited environmental management systems in the semiconductor and electronics industries.
Ms. Chapdelaine has also worked in environmental affairs for the Staples Corporation and handled accountability and sustainable governance projects as an intern for Ceres.
Previously, she worked with the North American Association for Environmental Education and held roles in advocacy and education for the Massachusetts Audubon Society.
Since 1997, Ms. Chapdelaine has taught environmental science, leadership, and culture classes for the Saturday Course at Milton Academy, an intensive academic program serving gifted and talented students from Boston area public and parochial schools.
Ms. Chapdelaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Conservation and Wildlife Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a candidate for a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy and Planning with a focus on corporate social responsibility from Tufts University.
