Ms. Judy Chang joined the Company in November 2007 after 17 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining, she worked at JP Morgan Asset Management for eight years as Vice President and regional technology analyst covering Greater China and Korea.
She was also a Portfolio Manager of alpha mandates, including the JF Taiwan Small & Medium Companies Trust - which was named Taiwan's Best 3-yr Performance Small Cap Fund in 2002 from S&P Micropal.
Before that, she was a technology analyst at Kwang Hua Securities Investment & Trust Co. Prior to joining Kwang Securities, she was with Full Long Securities in the corporate finance department.
She began her career in 1987 working at Tunmon Company in operations and management; fluent in Mandarin & English.
Ms. Chang holds an MBA from National Taiwan University
