Joseph Green

Prior to joining 20/20 Healthcare, Mr. Green managed all operations, payments and suspense procedures of the Derivatives Department for John Hancock Insurance and Financial Services.
Prior to entering the financial service field, Mr. Green was an attorney with one of Israel’s leading law firms, Meitar, Liquornik, Geva and Co., where he participated in negotiations and assisted in legal and business due diligence for venture capital investments in transactions from seed financing through private and public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Green’s involvement contributed to successful acquisitions by many leading high tech companies including Applied Materials and Boston Scientific.
Mr. Green received his M.B.A in Finance from Boston University Graduate School of Management, with honors.
He received an LLB in Law, cum laude, and BA in Business Administration and Information Technologies, cum laude from The Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, Israel.
