John McLaughlin

Mr. McLaughlin is a former Executive with Dell, Kodak, Datapoint, and GM.
From the years 1994-96, he was the Controller for the Dell Engineering Product Development Group and worked for Dell's CFO.
The Engineering organization was one of the key organizations that enabled Dell's exponential growth of new products in the marketplace.
From 1996-2001 he focused on bringing internationally recognized partners into the struggling Portable Computer line of business.
Before his tenure, Dell portable computers were 25th in market position and not recognized among the industry as a competitor.
The Portable Computer line of business established market share goals requiring new approaches to managing inventories and global supply chain partners.
Under his leadership, Procurement organization developed, executed and supported the multibillion-dollar Portable Computer Line of Business.
During this period, the Dell Portable market position moved to number one.
Prior to Dell, he was the VP of Management Service for Kodak (Qualex) Photofinishing, the world's largest photofinisher.
The Management Service organization managed many functional areas (i.e.
Engineering / Quality / New Product Development Acquisitions / Equipment Selections / Procurement )supporting overall domestic operations.
Mr. McLaughlin also managed Kodak's Northeast Photofinishing Sales and Operations P&L consisting of 14 plant operations and 1,500 employees.
Prior to Kodak, he work for Datapoint, a recognized leader in developing and manufacturing computers.
Mr. McLaughlin managed manufacturing engineering and was a Plant Manager for one of the operations.
He graduated with a B.S.
in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio State University.
