The Company is in the process of exploring its resource properties to determine whether these properties contain reserves that are economically recoverable. The continued operations of the Company and the recoverability of amounts shown as resource assets are dependent upon the existence of recoverable reserves, the ability of the company to obtain financing to complete the development, confirmation of the Company’s interest in the underlying minerals claims and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
