Jeffrey Appel

Mr. Appel joined Broadband in April 2007 and is focused on new business origination and distribution.
Prior to joining Broadband he was a Managing Director at Merriman Curhan Ford heading their Specialty Products Group.
Mr.Appel has completed 17 blank check transactions as either lead or co-manager prior to joining Broadband.
Mr. Appel was General Partner/Managing Member of Aeolus Capital, an opportunistic hedge fund specializing in small-cap equities.Prior to forming the hedge fund, Mr. Appel was an institutional salesman at several firms including: Vector Securities, Oppenheimer &Co., Salomon Brothers, and C.J.
Lawrence.
Mr. Appel began his career as a Corporate Finance banker with Thomson McKinnon Healthcare Securities,Inc. Mr. Appel received a B.A.
in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
